This 90 minute rebalancing session is perfect if you want a deep reset. It helps you release stress, ease into deep relaxation, improve sleep, and feel rejuvenated. We begin with a short check-in to see how you’re doing, then you simply lie down in a quiet space at home and allow the soothing energy of Universal Life Force to flow to you.

Reiki is a holistic and calming energy practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and well-being. We all carry a universal life force energy, and when that energy is blocked, it can affect us emotionally, mentally, and physically. During a distance Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy through intention and traditional Reiki methods, allowing your system to restore balance and open to healing.

You’ll set up a comfortable place to rest — lying down or seated — and simply allow yourself to receive. With distance Reiki, energy is not bound by space or location. Through intention, focus, and Reiki symbols, the practitioner connects with your energy field no matter where you are. The goal is to restore harmony within your body’s energy centers, bringing deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and supporting your overall well-being.

Energy is not limited by time or space. Through intention and Reiki symbols, I connect directly with your energy field wherever you are.

• We meet on Zoom

• After you book, you will receive a private prep folder with calming music, simple instructions, and tips to create a supportive space

• We begin with a short check-in and gentle breathwork, then you simply rest with eyes closed as Reiki flows where it is needed

• At the end, we ground and share, and I will send you a written follow-up with intuitive insights

✧ How many sessions do I need

You can book a single session if you need support in the moment, or return regularly to go deeper into long-term shifts. For deeper transformation, I often suggest a series of 4 sessions. There is no fixed number though, it is about what feels aligned for you.

I’m Anthony, a Reiki Master Practitioner and meditation guide. My own healing journey began during a time of stress and disconnection, and Reiki became the practice that helped me reconnect with myself and find clarity. I now bring that same care and presence into each session, weaving together Reiki, chakra scanning, and breathwork to support your energy and nervous system in a safe and intuitive way.
