What are the terms and conditions for booking/rescheduling appointments?

Terms & Agreements for Reiki Packages and All Bookings

By purchasing a Reiki package or session, you agree to the following terms:

  • Package Expiration: All Reiki sessions included in your package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions will expire after this period and are non-refundable.

  • Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance via the provided booking link or directly with Anthony Cunanan. Availability is not guaranteed without prior booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

  • Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual named at purchase.

  • Refunds: Reiki packages are non-refundable once purchased.
